I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund.

Nothing.
When I came to the front desk, they said my 'pre-paid reservation' was to late and I was at the desk at 2pm.
For the first time in all my years of travel they did not let me in the hotel, and said I had to work it out with Orbitz to get a refund for not staying there....
This WRONG and NOT fair.

The property is okay, but the rooms are rundown and outdated.

Restaurant was very good and excellent service. Did not like to pay to go the beach after 2 days. Air conditioning only in bedroom. Plumbing problem. Wifi only on balcony. Pool looks dirty. Expensive for what it is.
