This property is beautiful. Nice scenery everyone is sooo friendly and I will be booking here every time!!

Great and clean resort, I went during some construction so that was a little challenging.

I was highly disappointed. For the amount of money I spent for two rooms, I could have gotten something better. The rooms were not ready at checkin in. When we finally got into the rooms, there weren’t cleaned thoroughly, it was as if they rushed it. The rooms were musty, floors were swept, shower glass was grimy. It was just uncomfortable. The view outside was construction. Smt. And no one called prior to to let us know construction was going on. I was annoyed completely. The pictures advertised were the sister property. It was just frustrating. I was completely let down and highly upset for the amount of money paid for nothing to be up to par. I was embarrassed for the company I brought with me after speaking so highly of the property.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Breathless Montego Bay, and unfortunately, I left feeling that the resort is extremely overpriced for what it offers. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the resort lacks proper organization and planning. We were immediately hit with long waits, especially for dinner, where we waited over an hour to be seated at one of the restaurants. As for the food, it didn’t live up to the hype. It was decent but nothing special, especially considering the high prices. For a luxury all-inclusive, I expected much better quality and variety. The lack of attention to detail in the dining experience was evident, and it didn’t help that the staff seemed uninterested in making sure guests were comfortable or satisfied. In fact, asking for anything felt like a hassle, with some staff members acting as though you were bothering them. The overall customer service was lackluster. At a resort of this caliber, you expect a welcoming and attentive environment, but instead, it felt like they were just going through the motions. Whether it was at check-in, dining, or simply asking for assistance, the service was cold and unhelpful. The resort itself is decent and offers some nice amenities, but honestly, it doesn’t justify the steep price tag. There are plenty of other resorts in the area that offer better service, food, and overall value. I wouldn’t recommend Breathless Montego Bay unless you’re prepared to pay a premium

Food options were good. Views from the swim up room AMAZING. Staff friendly. 10/10

Upon arrival my husband and I felt very welcomed at Breathless Resort. We felt safe and what really stuck out was the hospitality shown from the staff. The food was DELICIOUS, we have no complaints regarding this property. Everyone was professional and efficient and we are already planning our trip back for next year. Btw, Stretch who does the live entertainment at Breathless is such a kind soul, we had a blast throughout our entire stay! Ps, please bring water shoes for the beach due to the rocks. We love Breathless Montego Bag!
