"One of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean, wonderfully comfortable, very quiet and relaxing. The hosts are conversational and genuinely enjoy having guests. The breakfast was beyond excellent. The home is elevate up on Montefalco, a very nice walled medieval village. From the patio one looks across a serene valley toward Assisi and Perugia. Staying here is a good reason to visit Italy again!"

She loves her patrons and gives great suggestions for restaurants and cities to visit.Unique in that there is a huge yard and apple olive and grapes.quite serene but only a few km from grocery stores and restaurants. "The property was beautiful, but in a very, very small village, so nothing to do here except a country road walk. The town of Trevi was a very close drive and a much nicer town than the super touristy ones nearby like Spello. I guess my big disappointment was that the hotel was almost empty. I was only staying one night and I asked for an upgrade to a room with a view towards the pool. The price they quoted me was significantly more expensive. "Villa Pambufetti is in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the walls of Montefalco so very easy to walk into the village for dinner. If, like us, an air conditioned room is essential then I suggest you call the hotel prior to your visit to make sure it is working. We booked a superior room for 2 nights but the ac wasn’t working and when we asked to move room we were told there wasn’t any air conditioning in the hotel.
