Had a lovely 2-night stay at this hotel. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The room was small but spotlessly clean, just what I needed for a short stay.

This is a great family owned and run hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A very cozy, classic style hotel with old fashioned keys and locks to give it all a nostalgic feeling. Like you’re part of history when you’re here. Delightful and welcoming staff were so helpful with area recommendations and daily/evening greetings as I went about exploring the area. Make sure to try every nearby gelato place.

The staff were excellent very friendly and accommodating!
We had a fridge in the room but no tea and coffee making facilities!
The wood floors in the bedroom were loose.
The towels were like table cloths - literally! Very thin.

We loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Montecatini Terme. If you want a once in a lifetime experience outside of Florence or Pisa, this is the place. Thank you Luca and Giaccamo for a truly amazing time. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Perfetto!
