Lovely Hotel & Staff
Posted 24 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe just spend a most enjoyable weeks vacation in Montecatini Terme's gem, Hotel Parma e Oriente. With family hands-on management and experienced and quality staff, out stay was faultless and we really appreciated their advice and arrangements of airport transfers and local guidance etc. Nice wholesome breakfast was included and the a-la-carte dinner menu was extensive and the food excellent. We will definitely be re-booking for next year.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff very friendly and the building is lovely however the rooms have paper thin rooms and was kept awake both nights by other guests shouting and banging about whilst I know this isn’t the hotels fault it is if I can hear everything and couldn’t get to sleep until after 1am - made for a very tiring break and very relaxing

I am sorry you had these troubles and it sound me very strange, as the rooms have windows with triple glasses and insonorized doors. The wall are made of bricks old style and this normally granted a good isolation.

Great value hotel
Posted 30 Aug 2020 on HotelsGreat value hotel, bathrooms recently been renovated. Very ckean throughout. The pool area is very nice and the pool is very deep making it fun for kids to play in. The staff are very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast is good quality with plenty of choice.
