Found the staff in reception not helpful and not friendly!!
No milk in the room for tea & coffee
Thin walls so very noisy hearing the lift outside the room plus next door showering & could hear every time they spoke early in the morning
Asked for ONE bottle of water & had to pay
Paint on ceiling in shower room had just been touched up & looked all patchy
TV in room had no English channels
Roof top swimming pool was in the building next door!
The room was vey spacious though which was good and breakfast was ok

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable enough.

Appalling customer service. Waiting staffs attitude was abrupt and disrespectful. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So much so that we left a day early. Miserable horrible staff especially the waitress that works on the breakfast buffet who actually accused me of taking a breakfast side plate! Additionally the abusive abrupt head waiter that brought out the buffet food was unprofessional and raised his voice to me across the dining area. Couldn’t wait to leave Boston Hotel, left a day earlier than booked, Would never stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for others to stay.
