Upon arrival, we had a pleasant checkin. Our Queen room on the 4th floor and was nicely presented and comfortable. We had all our meals in the dining room and were very pleased with the selection and excellence in service. We used the gym and pool which met our expectations. The nicely kept grounds go on and on and we enjoyed our outings each day.

Beautiful walk along the Ottawa river. We loved the pool but could have used some submerged stairs to help my 85 year old mother into the pool

It was great. Surprisingly no on the house coffee in the lobby that I could see.

Gorgeous and unique hotel in the most fabulous way. Tradtional Quebec from an era long past preserved and vibrant and embracing the Outaouais region.

Room was small, outdated with minimal storage and hvac system that could not be regulated to required temperature
