People were nice, but …Was dirty and gross feeling. Pealing paint on tile in shower, hair on bathroom floor, carpet gross, saw a cockroach on window sill inside our room in the morning!! Ewwww… Somehow I thought Wyndham meant clean and better quality…BIG mistake!

The breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The staff was not as welcoming.on check-in as other places.

Night manager very rude and uncaring about problems. Her answer was go to another hotel and lose my nonrefudable paid room.

Location was convenient to the venue however if the two rooms our party rented, this one was the only one worth the rate we paid. The other $200 room, y’all should be embarrassed to charge those exorbitant fees for such a meager room. Shame on you for price gouging because of supply & demand.

We came out to Tennessee to see STS9 at the caverns. When we were checking in a very nice worker, named Happy let us have a conjoined room with our friends. That made us very Happy to say the least :) thanks so much for your great service Happy!

I never stayed at this hotel, I booked this hotel by accident, thinking it was the Smokehouse Lodge. I called the hotel and even had Hotel.com call to see if I could get a refund, or a voucher for a one night stay,I know it was my fault in doing this booking, but i would think the hotel would have accommodated my request with a good customer relations, but i was wrong they wouldnt give me either. After reading the reviews about this place, i wouldnt want to stay there anyway. Shame on hotels.com for having this dump on its list. And shame on this dump for not having better customer relations... I highly reccommend staying at the Smokehouse Lodge, stay clear from this place as they dont seem to care about the clients. And even tho this hotel is independently owned i would never stay at this chain of hotels ever because of how they handled this situation..
