Staying by the side door is extremely noisy. Interior door needs a softer close. Hot tub was down for the 5 days I was there. I grabbed a milk from the breakfast refrigerator and it was spoiled. Showers have no pressure and no door, so it stays cold, even if you warm it up. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We will take a look at your specific room for possible adjustment of the closer.Sorry about the milk, however it wasn't expired product. We check that daily and toss any items that are no longer good.We checked the water temp and it is 120 degrees, which is standard for hotels to not scald our guests. I am sorry it seemed cold to you. We may consider bumping it up to 125 degrees.We will check the water pressure on the shower.The parts for the hot tub came in yesterday and it is back up and running. It took 4 weeks to get the parts :-oHope to see you again soon.

The Belmont has been significantly upgraded & the staff is extremely welcoming/helpful.
