The property location is stunning. Staff are lovely. Food is ghastly ( well dinner was) . Rooms are tired but comfortable- but the views are outstanding! It has a certain charm.

This was an amazing location with amazing views and an amazing staff. Although our stay was short, we are definitely planning to return to this place again. We have already personally recommended your amazing place to several people we have met on our Mediterranean cruise! Than you for everything!

Stunningly beautiful property. We enjoyed our time here it was very relaxing. It was our first time to a beach club in Italy so I can’t compare it but I thought it was amazing. Your options for dinner are the restaurant which is very expensive or room service. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the portions were tiny and very expensive. The next night we opted for the room service it was affordable, delicious and filling. The staff at this resort are extremely helpful and friendly. We would love to return one day.

An amazing hotel, all the staff are fantastic. We had 4 days here, the pool area brilliant, The panoramic sunset views were fantastic.

This property is grossly overpriced for essentially being a glorified motel. Out of all the places we stayed on our 2 week trip in Europe across 7 accommodations this was by far the worst and worst value. The rooms are dingy, the AC does not get the room cold at night, the bed is hard and the bathrooms are absolute barebones... I came home after dinner the second night and there was no hot water in the shower, so I had to go shower in the community showers, absolutely outrageous. The ocean access is not private reserved chairs, as they claim, you just take a golf cart down and go grab a chair (which they still charge 45 euros for). I would say this hotel is probably a 200 euro a night hotel that charges a multiple of that, avoid it.
Despite all of this, the view of the ocean is beautiful from the bar / garden area, which is probably the only redeeming quality and does not nearly redeem everything else.

While we're sorry to hear about the inconvenience with your room, we hope you appreciated our immediate assistance at midnight when the problem was reported, especially considering the hotel was fully booked. The following day, our manager made every effort to solve the situation by offering a room change and waiving the upgrade fee from Classic to Deluxe that was originally booked.Regarding the beach access, we apologize for any misunderstanding. We can confirm that we guarantee umbrellas and sunbeds at the Bay, but they are not pre-reservable. We hope you appreciated the complimentary golf cart service to the Cala and the beach towels provided.Our manager has tried to reach you by phone and would be happy to discuss your concerns further. We value your feedback and would like to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for mentioning the beautiful ocean view from our bar and garden area, and we hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience in the future.
