Posted 4 Oct 2023 on HotelsVery relaxing place, a few kilometers away from Porto Ercole. Comfortable and clean room, with a large bathroom and the entrance through the wide and well-maintained garden. The owners are very kind and supportive of reasonable requests.

You can really see the passion the owners are putting in this place. The rooms / apartments are huge, functional and clean.

A great place to rest as we were driving towards Rome. Very friendly staff and great morning breakfast. Although the rooms were air conditioned, the upstairs level remained a lot warmer than downstairs. The heatwave throughout Europe was really bad this summer and that was probably why the upstairs areas were warmer. Perhaps if there was a way to deflect the air from the AC unit to the upstairs area, it would made it a bit more comfortable.

Posted 13 May 2018 on HotelsVery warm welcome on arrival and English spoken. Room spotlessly clean, but quite stark in furnishings. Curiously no windows, just the door to the exterior. A style feature, but made the room sombre.
Excellent Restaurant with locally sourced ingredients and delightful restaurant manager.
Breakfast delicious.
