The concierge was very nice and informative. He made sure to give instructions on how to work the jetted tub.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet. Friendly service. Very comfy beds! Will stay everytime we’re in the Denver area !

Staff is rude, area is extremely ghetto with people walking around like zombies at all hours of the night. There was an extremely loud buzzing all night.

Very clean. As in walk barefoot on the floor and not get your feet dirty clean. One of the cleanest hotels in that regard. All staff was friendly and helpful including the manager Taysha. I arrived early on my first day and they could accommodate early check in for a small fee, which was great. Wifi was fast. On-site restaurant is a fresh start but food and service were friendly. Several nearby fast food or fast casual options. Nice setup for in-room microwave/fridge. Nicely furnished room and plenty of good towels. Shower is a touch narrow, but I'd rather that then a clingy curtain. Well lit bathroom and plenty of plugs in the room. Overall an A and on-par with higher-end hotel chains that start with an H and M. An excellent value for the week I was in Denver for a conference. My co-attendees were paying 3x as much for a room at the "resort" which had $33/day parking, $5 sodas and other "amenities." Best Western Premiere was an affordable oasis by comparison.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was helpful for the most part. The room had been remodeled, and the shower had glass doors before; now, it has a curtain hanging on a rod. That wasn't a problem, but the metal track where the glass had rested before being removed had a sharp piece that could cause someone a problem. Also, the hours of their restaurant are confusing. The sign said open 24/7, but when we tried to get coffee at 11:30 we were told they were only open till 10.
