The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

Posted 10 Sep 2023 on HotelsStaff was nice and their restaurant food was very good. The room was smaller than expected. They definitely needed another outlet outside the bathroom. Very, very basic.

Stay for French MXGP

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Lack of lifts to upper level was an issue.
Location: There for MXGP, so didn't do much else. Did go to Peugot Car muesum which was interesting 2hrs.
Chinese Buffet Restaurant just below hotel was good.
Shaky start to stay with only 1 of the 2 booked rooms available, they only had 1 room confirmed. fortunately they arranged another room at next door. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made a lot effort to overcome language barrier. Nice small bar area and restaurant/breakfast area.
