This property is perfect especially off-season as it is very close to town, gives you room in the unit, is across the street from the beach, and is very quiet and affordable. There is a kitchen so you can cook if you want to and they give you a coffee maker to use but no coffee like a hotel does. No hair dryer, either, so bring one if its cool out!
I have not been to this property during pool season so I cannot say anything about that but for beach access this is a great spot although not on the beach. I would have liked a little broom in the room to sweep up the sand after a beach walk but none available.
I think this is a perfect spot for Montauk getaways! !
