A very lovely place with great charm! My only note is that the walls are quite thin — if you’re an early sleeper like me, you might hear neighbors chatting at night. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!

The room was cute but needed a few improvements, there was rust on some of the furniture. My other suggestion would be to have path ways to the rooms, we were there during the rain so we had to lug our luggage through wet grass.

Overall, it was a cute little motel. However they were doing maintenance until 1 am last night and it was right next to my unit. It was off season so I didn’t expect much, but that was completely unacceptable. Prepare for thin floors/walls. And bring layers, it’s a cold room situation.

This is my favorite place to stay in Montauk, the location is perfect, directly across from the beach, private cottages, 2 min drive into town, heated pool, bar, and well kept rooms that are updated, contemporary beach vibes. It’s a gem, my 5th year staying here.
