Conveniently located next to Vieux Pont and historic center. Parking on site. Very nice and helpful front desk and technical support staff.

Great location close to the old center of town. Beautiful hotel and interior courtyards. However, the staff were young and inexperienced and appear to need more guidance - both coffee machines in the breakfast room did not work for over 30 minutes. Dirty coffee cups were left on counters in the hallways. Bar staff on Saturday evening were more busy "tidying" an hour before closure than looking after the clients present etc. - small things but they affect the overall customer experience in a 4 star hotel.

I had a stroke and I wouldn’t get to the bath; it was to high for me, but other than that, it was great.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.A top-notch hotel …food was amazing,staff friendly and overall we had a wonderful stay

If not for the AC blocked and be usable it would have been great I would like to point out the professionalism of Brenna she was really of great help and attentive. Thank you Brenna
