Our stay at Capanna Suites was truly a 15/10 experience. The staff were wonderful — massive shout out to Anna who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property is divine and we miss it everyday! Such a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany, and we would love to return one day in the future.

our 2 nights at capanna suites was absolutely AMAZING! the views are absolutely amazing and the staff is outstanding and truly go above and beyond. if you are thinking about staying here, just do it!

This was the most wonderful stay we have ever had! Everyone on staff was helpful and kind. The food was incredible, the room was comfortable and the resort was breathtaking. We will absolutely return!

Capanna Suites is an absolutely beautiful property, in a breathtaking area of Tuscany. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the service was exceptional. The dining options were also great.
I removed one star for one reason. The resort is advertised as adults only. Unfortunately, during our stay, an exception appears to have been made. There was a young child both seated next to us at dinner and happened to be situated in the room above us.
To put it bluntly, she was disruptive. She was weaving between and in front of tables during dinner. She also began running around and dragging furniture above us at about 6:00AM which was not the most pleasant experience of what we wanted to be a relaxed and restful morning. I understand that it’s difficult when someone appeared with a child, but the exception to allow for a child really took away from other guest experiences which was very unfortunate.

Dear Stephanie,We are delighted that you enjoyed all the services of our resort, especially the quality of our restaurant "Il Passaggio by Capanna."You are right, we shouldn't have accepted the clients, but the truth is they had booked for 2 people without informing us that they were traveling with a 9-year-old girl. Their justification was that since their daughter would be sleeping in the bed with them, they didn't think they needed to specify. Additionally, they hadn't noticed that we are an 'adults only' resort. In reality, if they had mentioned the presence of the child, the booking would have been automatically rejected. The guests were mortified by their mistake, but it was already late afternoon and all the hotels in the area were fully booked, so we didn't feel it was right to turn them away and put them in a difficult situation... especially because of the child. They promised they wouldn't use the resort's facilities (except for the restaurant, which is also open to external guests and has no age restrictions) and it was only then that we welcomed them. We are sorry that this caused you discomfort... but we trust you can understand the peculiarity of the situation.
