Quiet in the mountain Checking in and getting into the property is a challenge

The property was a nice area with great views! The family and I were very happy with everything! The pool was close by for the kids. We loved it so much we are planning on coming back next year. The area we stayed at was quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait for next year!

To start off, we had a wonderful time here, the view was amazing, the kitchen well equipped and the apartment was clean. And overall our experience was great. But there were some things that need to be addressed. It is listed as having air conditioning but it did not work, I had it set at the lowest setting and the room never got cooler then 26 celsius. There was no welcome book with information about the place so we never had wifi. When checking in the person at the desk just handed me the keys with no information about anything, there was a front gate that had a keypad so I figured there was a code you had to enter but actually you had to manually put a key in to open it. A heads up at the front desk would of been nice. Also we are family with kids so we had a fair bit of luggage. You take an elevator from to parking garage up to your room so it would be nice if they had some luggage carts instead of making multiple trips. Again we had a great time and would come back, but these things should be addressed and a sorry or travel credit would of been appreciated at check out.

Great view, and nice place, but the only drawback was the unit was right above the garage door for the building. Noisy in the morning and evening.

We went to hike and the location is perfectly situated, close to many outstanding trails. Great food and shopping options as well. Easy 10min walk to the gondolas and main village area.

Better instructions or closer pick of keys to access condo would be more convenient. Televisions in condo cohld be upgraded ro smart tvs so guests could access netflix or youtube. Leave pool open accorsing to weather conditions. Closed to early and was still warm in early September when we visited. We had to pay to use another pool facilities. Condo was clean, everything else was great!
