They charge you under another name. I've booked Auberge Morritt and have been charged by Chateau Morritt. It's a different property with different amenities.
The room had a terrible smoking smell; maybe now it's nonsmoking, but in the past, it was. It has one room with a window and another space that they called a room, which has a double bed and doesn't have any windows. It looks like in a previous it was a closet.
They don't have any available emergency room if something happens, to move you to another room.
On my question about the smell in the room, they checked it and said that it was a dirty diaper somewhere. I don't understand where, but it is unacceptable if you prepare a room for 10 nights.
I don't accept this room and they don't have any available emergency room for me and my family with a 3-year-old kid. I asked them to return my payment ( I understand that I should pay a deposit and okay 1 night ), but my request was denied.
At that moment I was only thinking about how to save my holidays (it was December 23 when we checked in), and I just left them the room key and went out.
I let them know that I called my bank and stopped the transactions.
I found the perfect hotel in Mont Tremblant Pedestrian Village and thank God that I don't stay with them.
And they say that it's a free hotel shuttle to Mont Tremblant Pedestrian Village, but it's not true. Yes, there is a bus stop near them with a free city bus with a huge line.
