Disappointing
Posted 6 Jun 2024 on HotelsDisappointing have been using as a stopover for over 10 years. It appears to be under new management, on arrival the person at the desk was on a computer but made no attempt to acknowledge us until she had finished what she was doing. The quality of the food in the restaurant has dropped and the prices increased for both dinner and breakfast. The main light in the room was faulty and the shower drain was smelly.

Superb quiet hotel with great staff and parking
Posted 4 Jun 2024 on HotelsStayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. A good hot shower and large towels were very much appreciated. Rouen is a spectacular town and 2 days was really insufficient to appreciate everything it has to offer. Would I stay here again ? Most definitely YES !

We would stay again
Posted 27 Feb 2024 on HotelsA basic hotel. The bedroom has quite an old feel in parts, but clean and nicely decorated. The communal areas were fresh and more modern and the restaurant served very good food. All of the staff were helpful.
