We liked the welcome, the room was good. The supply of curtesy coffee and tea was limited and had no milk which for English tastes is disappointing. The restaurant next door was good and the breakfast was good.

Nicholas was very accommodating. The town lost water for a few hours during the stay but everything was goo.

Ordinary hotel, great restaurant
Posted 24 Oct 2018 on HotelsThis hotel was very disappointing. Our room was small and clean but very out-dated and in need of a makeover. The positive point was the restaurant where the service was possibly the best we had during our two week tour and the food was excellent too. So - don't stay here but if you're after a good place to eat you can't go wrong.

Conveniently located hotel, with restaurant next door and restaurant/café on the other side of the street. Parking very limited. No AC and TV is small. No wifi access when we arrived but the receptionist immediately took care of it. We stayed one night after visiting Chambord, and were very satisfied.
