"Terrible unprofessional hotel. The staff are rude, the hotel had a awful smell. The jacuzzi water was yellow and smelt of urine. My room was so tiny that you couldn’t go toilet and close the door, the hotel had hardly any towels and when I asked for more they said they never had any. When I complained they insulted me. "First, what is in the name - imagine someone who raved hard in Ibiza in the 90s - and what they would look like now - that would be a pretty accurate description of facilities.
