"Very happy with our stay overall. Just one suggestion. In bedrooms where you have instead of king size beds single beds placed next to each other, they tend to move and a gap opens between them. Perhaps they can be locked together so they remain in place. Another very minor comment, the breakfast room needs to also have big spoons for those eating cereals. Perhaps they were there, but we couldn’t find one. Again, much enjoyed our stay, thank you to your staff, will certainly be back."

"An amazing Town, Beautiful Views, and great Pastry Store. However it was the most uncomfortable unit we had in over 60 days we have stayed in Europe in the last 3 years. They should be ASHAME. Mold in bedrooms made two kids sick for us Unacceptable and Disgusting"

"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. "Excellent hotel, located not far from the lake and just minutes away from the train station. Spacious, calm, comfortable room with all the amenities. Access to the wonderful spa and fitness room. Delicious breakfast buffet with efficient, gracious staff ! Highly recommended if your budget allows."

"New, clean and modern hotel, perfect for a one night stop on a road trip, but easily could work for a longer stay if you want to stay near the university in Lausanne. Not sure what else there is close by, as it’s about 10 miles outside the city. Very reasonable prices for the quality."

Smoky.

"In kind of an industrial area at the edge of town more of a freeway stop than a destination. The staff was delightful, parking was convenient and free, the room was clean. This is not a non smoking hotel. The room smelled strongly of smoke and when we opened the window to get air it seemed that maybe workers from the place next door smoked all night there? We were four floors from the ground and the clouds of cigarette and marijuana smoke that filled our room were awful. The air conditioner didn’t turn on (maybe too early) so it was sit in a hot stuffy smoky room or let in the smoke with the fresh air all night. In the morning the shower was nice and the staff at the restaurant were kind. "
