"Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."

"Jennifer looked after us during our stay at Villa Banyan and was helpful & friendly and easy to reach. The villas are well maintained and located in a beautiful setting beside a pool and beach area. "Great property at a good location! Big apartment that was clean and well taken care of with access to shared pool and lounge facilities, along with private entry into the ocean. "Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"we had an average experience, I was told to make a rapid test but my friend not, spa was closed at 16h00 due to covid protocol as per staff but staff not wearing mask on buffet at breakfast, no bathtub in room but same it is mentioned on your advert, buffet not worth value for money, lots of flies and bees on the buffet, no greetings on phone or in restaurant, trying to book spa on next day but could not have proper answer, hotel very noisy, you can hear lots of noise from our rooms all day, "

"We recently stayed at Le Méridien for our honeymoon, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. The moment we walked into the resort, we were greeted with a breathtaking ocean view from the reception area, an absolutely stunning way to start our stay. The resort itself is meticulously clean and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The all-inclusive package is a must; it allowed us to relax completely without worrying about additional expenses. The location is also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. One of the highlights of our trip was renting the jetty for a private dinner. The food prepared by the private chef was simply incredible, but what truly made the evening special was the outstanding service from our two private waiters. They were not only attentive and professional but also willing to capture special moments for us, taking beautiful photos that we’ll cherish forever. The spa was another high point of our visit, with excellent service that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. While the overall experience was fantastic, we did notice that poolside service could be a bit slow during the day. Additionally, while some staff members were phenomenal, going above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, others were a bit less attentive. Overall, Le Méridien was an incredible choice for our honeymoon."

"Our apartment were cleaned every day the two ladies Jamie and (so sorry ) can't remember her name The chefs Jonathan Charles came over personally to address and issue we had and his assitance were a hand to solve the issue we had thank you to the amazing food and breakfast ,and all the the waiters were very helpful and we couldn't have asked for anything else, spa were amazing most day were felted very relax specially to eloon for helping with an issues Specially Dickens Allover it was a lovely relaxing holiday "
