I'm vacating my apartment in mons so have been staying at a number of local hotels. Stayed in room 113 for a week. My only negative is no aircon which would be a nightmare in the summer, they do supply a big noisy fan. Perhaps B&B who are new owners will install aircon? Other than that it was an excellent stay, free coffee downstairs 24/7 and a room with a bath. We didn't bother with breakfast as plenty of shops/cafes in Mons. Very comfortable bed, i slept very well. Would recommend the B&B centre mons (ex lido). There is a launderette just up the street, open 24/7, tokens on sale for machines inside

As s family with 2 young children we all thought it was a great hotel, really convenient with a toen a short walking distance away

Returned for a second stay and reception is still a shambles. One poor girl dealing (very well in trying circumstances) with a long queue all on her own. She was super but really, must have more staff on front desk at peak arrival time. What is unforgivable is that the internet connection still did not work to allow payments as I reported three weeks ago. Hard to recommend when such an important aspect seems of no interest to the management. If that issue was resolved I would evaluate this hotel and town as certainly worth a visit. Guys - sort it out!

For this region a decent hotel rather than spending a lot of money at another location. Nice rooms and even the breakfast is very good 😊
