Power went out in the dark all night elevator did not work. No continental breakfast would like a refund I bought stay protection but have not heard back from Expedia very disappointed customer after using Expedia for over a year.

HELLO SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE WE CANNOT DO ANYHTING ABOT THE POWER OUTAGE WHICH IT WAS THE ENTIRE CITY, WE DID PROVIDE A CONTIENTAL BREAKFAST WHICH INTELS OF MUFFINS, OATMEAL AD BREAKFAST AND COFFEE, I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND BUT A DISCOUNT I CAN DO.

Separe con meses de anticipación 2 cuartos para mis hijas y uno para mi esposo y yo.
Y cuando llego me hacen el check in de un solo cuarto(el mio) y me comentan cuando llegen tus hijas hacemos el check ik y cuando ellas llegan,SORPRESA;NO HAY CUARTOS,dicen sorry esta todo SOLD OUT! Que se vallan a otro hotel,.terrible falta de profecionalismo y seriedad al no respetar las reservaciones y eso que habia hecho la reserva PREPAGO.fue un dolor de cabeza conseguir un cuarto la noche antes de Rose Bowl in Pasadena y sus alrededores.fue muy muy mala experiencia.

Viajamos en familia, todo el tiempo olor a marihuana en los pasillos o donde sea. La habitación contaba con un sofa cama roto. Nos dieron otra habitación a las 23hs y al otro dia mudar todo (no teniamos tiempo ya que ibamos a Disney y teníamos que leventarnos temprano). Al dia siguiente nos dijo otro empleado que tenian q tener la habitación libre asi q a las 7 am mudando toodo. Una noche hubo una situación violenta que nos despertó 3 veces en la noche. Al final decidimos irnos del hotel.

Shower was kind of broken, spider in bathtub. Hole in wall under kitchen sink, sliding window broken. It works though.

This place is run down. Smells like cigarettes. Walls are thin and you can hear everything.
