I arrived at 3:30 pm and they didn’t have a room ready. I was also over charged $20 than I was originally told on and my receipt says.

The staff were so helpful and informative especially Samaje at the front desk and Dianne in the dining area. Always there to help and serve you and to answer any questions you may have. They were so pleasant and friendly. I will always stay there when I am in Monroe

It was a very cold day when we stayed, so we wanted to sleep warm. It was really hard because the fan didn't turn off even when we adjusted the temperature, but when I asked the staff at the front desk in the lobby, she came to my room and turned it off in person. Our family was able to sleep really comfortably thanks to the lady. We couldn't meet again in the morning, but we just wanted to say thank you. And we were on our way on a trip and were happy thanks to the trip pack breakfast that they prepared for us to bring in the morning.
