A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Compared to the hotels in Palermo Center, this is truly the best option outside of the center. WE WILL RETURN.

Nice hotel. No proper shower though.

Nice hotel with good public spaces. Strangely the bathroom had a bath, but no shower over the bath, so the only way to shower was to hold the shower head in 1 hand! This meant floor got very wet as there was no curtain and one of us slipped over on the floor as a result. Hotel was deserted and bar had no choice of beer.

I'm sorry but we don't serve bottled beer in our facility

Booked a week - left after 1 day. Really poor condition. 1st pool really dirty. 2nd pool and area under construction. No meny in the RESTAURANT - showed us the chefs handwritten note from the kitchen without prices and no drinks. No pool bar open, spa closed, paddle court out of order. More or less empty for guest. Tables falling apart at breakfast restaurant. A waiter that wrote sorry via Google translate that she never tried to serve breakfast before and therefore didn't know what to do. Rooms really outdated. Hotels.com were nice and helped us with a new hotel next morning. Really happy for their help.

we are very sorry to read your comment 1) the dirty pool is derived from the fact that in those days in Sicily we had days of 47 degrees with fires all over Sicily it is the healing that made the pool dirty, which we put back into operation after only 12 h regarding the breakfasts we are sorry that you had this inconvenience it was enough to speak with our meter he would have had all possible explanations, the new air with the new swimming pools and a separate area at the hotel so I do not understand your concern having a swimming pool with solarium of /8 x 12 meters and an 18-seat hydromassage jacuzzi available. with a solarium of 1000 square meters

Outdated room with minimal decoration / equipment (e.g. no TV, no guide on the hôtel or city). The hotel is big but there was almost no customers. Not a good atmosphere. They pretend being a 5-star hotel but honestly, it just deserves 3. Only positive point: the fish prepared at the restaurant was very good.
