"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. "I loved my stay here. The property was in an incredible area; loads of places to eat between cafes and restaurants, shopping of all kinds surrounding, easy short walks to any of the local sightseeing. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the communication before checkin was extremely helpful and they offered us early check in for no fee when we got there early and tired from our long train ride there. Our room was spacious, well supplied, very clean and exceptionally comfortable....

"This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

"Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return."

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"Mateo who worked the front desk was polite and friendly. Be aware you’re gonna have to pay a small fee for sheets and provide your own dish soap paper towels and toilet paper which I really didn’t realize until I checked it it wasn’t a big deal."

"The view was a 10/10 and the surrounding areas were stunning. People around can understand English perfectly and the tourist are being treated very well. The hotel stuff, receptionist and cleaners were very good and helpful always available and kind."

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. "Beautiful lobby, welcome drinks nightly. Room was large. Room came with slippers but no robes. We called and asked for robes and although our room type did not include them, they graciously gave them to us, which was very nice. We had a car and called ahead to make sure that they had parking available because their advertisement said they had an on site parking structure. "Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
