"The facility was great, and the entire setup of the hotel and the units is well designed and thought. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is one of the best in Crete with 10 minutes' drive to Chania (if you use a taxi about EUR 12- EUR 15 , the sandy beach. The staff (Kostas and team) and the manager Vangelis were great! very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. To see how far they went above and beyond, we had special request to drop a luggage there for a few months and Vangelis volunteered to keep it even the entire winter! Overall great experience, great people and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Domes Noruz Team! :) "

"Beautiful resort hotel, grounds and rooms. The pictures don’t do it justice and the service was outstanding. We were greeted by the manager, George, who was present at all times ensuring that guests were accommodated and having a good experience. We were able to check-in early and were taken to our room which was a spacious, contemporary loft with an incredibly comfortable bed and bedding. There are multi pools overlooking the water. The beach area was not crowded when we were there and we had access to the beach chairs and umbrellas which were so comfy that we fell asleep. The beach water is very clear and shallow enough for wading or swimming. The extensive delicious breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start our day each day with an omelet station, fresh crepes, pancakes, pastries, fruits, smoothies and so much more. Outdoor dining was available providing a scenic breakfast view. There is a small beachy restaurant called Sunset Sky and Sea which was a casual yet cute restaurant perfect for sunset dining. Prior to our arrival at the Atlantica Kalliston Resort we stopped by and visited friends at a pricey neighboring Autograph Collection Hotel. While it was a very nice hotel, I felt that the Atlantica Kalliston Resort provided a nicer roomier room and overall better environment for our group. I would suggest renting a car as many of the popular beaches are an hour or more away. "

"We loved the views from our room and the staff was so friendly! The chef in the restaurant (Cristos) made amazing meals & was so friendly! He even gave us a cooking class. We also enjoyed the pool & beach area. I would definite commend this hotel and I hope we can come back some day! "
