My keys were left laying on the front desk counter for us because the person working left the building before we arrived. Room had fixtures that were legit pulled out of the wall and had not been repaired.

Set up was not good. Tv didnt work
staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. Room was cold even with heat on. No coffee maker in room. Room ok if just staying overnight.

Room was dirty, hair dirt filth between mattress and box spring cigarette burns in the sheets in a non smoking room after bathing walked back to bed and feet were black from a carpet that hadn't been cleaned properly. Also no Bible in the room...

This had to be the worst hotel ever!!! We checked in the room and it was dirty. My Husband has a broken finger and due to kidney issues I have issues with my swollen ankles which cause me to have issues walking and after checking us in and charging my card I was told the elevator did not work. Our house roof was being repaired so I could not go home and since we paid for almost a week our funds was tied up. My Husband stayed but I had to go stay with my Sister in Wisconsin because I could not do the stairs! Now if it was just the uncleanliest I could have went and bought my own covers and pillows and towels (as my Husband did). It cost me more to stay there and on Saturday night my Husband had to leave the property and sleep in his car at another neighboring property because of a fight in the lobby area. This by far should not be open and I feel for the legally disabled people (such as myself) it should be told that you have to walk up flights of stairs before the money is taken off the card!!!! I am passed unhappy!

Dear Florence,On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. But want to clarify that this is the best economic hotel. You guys checked in an hour early even our Housekeeper made your room clean, and you checked the room before getting in. If your Husband has health concern you can ask for room at first floor, but you prefer room and second floor. It is clearly mentioned on portal that we don't have elevators. And If you had issues with my swollen ankles you could request to change your room to first floor. We do everything possible to create an enjoyable experience for each of our guests. As a routine we have the process to check every single room if getting clean linen towels and other services or DND on records.There was neither any issue nor any complaint.We do have accessible room for disabled person and asked you before checking in. You swiped your card at front desk with your own consent and if you were not happy, we do refunds within 20 minutes of check-in time. Thats kind of surprising while any guest who is not happy with their stay would not like to extend their stay for week. Customer service is our top priority and also addressing all the genuine complaints immediately. Still, we apologies and assure of our best services and comfortable stay always. Thankyou

Posted 5 Aug 2024 on HotelsStayed at the super eight in Monee Illinois for a concert over the weekend was not aware that there was no elevator. We were on the second floor once we walked into our room our room smelled like marijuana. Our room curtains also were falling off the curtain rod and were broken, the pillows were flat there was no fullness to the pillows. The walls had patches of spackle on them as they were maybe at one time trying to fix the walls. This was an awful motel.
