This is meant to be a 3 stars hotel.. Staff is fairly rude and it looks like they couldn't care less about you, except perhaps the pool lifeguard. Pool itself is said to be free but they will charge you 12 euros per day. Rooms are small and poorly furnished. A/C was not working and I spent a night roasting whilst mosquitoes were having a decent dinner. I checked out the day after and I will never ever return.

Dear Customer,we regret having welcomed during the period in which our Hotel experienced an electricity blackout due to a problem with the electricity supplier in the Mondragone City and part of the province of Caserta. His discomfort did not depend on the hotel. On the Expedia portal it is clearly written that the pool service is subject to charges and is not included in the room rate. We understand that you enjoyed the swimming pool without paying the supplement during your stay at the hotel. All rooms are equipped with an electric device against mosquitoes but as there was no electricity it could not work. Our staff took care of all guests during the blackout and we are sorry that you did not enjoy special attention. For this we apologize.GreetingsInternational Resorts

All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. We were there for over a week and do not have anything negative to say. We will be returning in the Fall and will be staying here again.

Langt i fra er 3 stjerners hotell.

Resepsjonen hilser aldri på deg, virker som dem bare bryr seg om seg selv. Når vi ankom skulle dem ha oss til å betale hele oppholdet når vi allerede hadde betalt det på forhånd. I tillegg til dette må man betale for solseng på hotell ved bassengområde, noe jeg aldri har opplevd før og det kostet 12 euro per person per dag, noe som ikke er billig om man er der en lenger periode. Vi hadde også bestilt dobbeltseng, men fikk to enkelt senger som sto inntil hverandre, og de sklidde fra hverandre hele tiden. Badet er forferdelig, og vi hadde en gigantisk gresshoppe på badet som har krypet gjennom rørene. Maur var det også på rommet. Flekker på håndklærne og kjedelig utvalg på frokost. Eneste fine med hotellet var restauranten hvor alle de som jobber var hyggelig og god mat, men de i resepsjonen tar deg ikke godt i mot. Dette er langt i fra et 3 stjerners hotell.

Hotel en mauvais état. La grande réception tape à l’œil cache le coté délabré des chambres. Accueil très froid et sans effort Pour accéder à la piscine il faut payer 15€ par jour et par personne et avoir un bonnet de bain ! Seul intérêt : la plage est juste à coté
