The pool was very cold. Our double queen room was good but our friends booked a king suite and it was awful. The room was dirty and the couch was made of pleather and was peeled beyond repair. The fridge was sat on a broken shelf that kept tilting. The pull out couch was awful and littered with popcorn and stains when you pulled out into a bed. It also didnt fit properly and therefore hit the entertainment centre which left scratches and marks all over the front of the unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: -some staff were kind and helpful, although the majority were not -the one staff member doing the breakfast was great -location is good -free parking -bed was comfy Cons: -dark hallways, dark rooms -rooms need updating/fixing. the couch in my room was pathetic. the leather (pleather?) was peeling so bad and there was a cheap cover over it that didn’t stay on. The wood furniture was scratched and banged up. I can understand this couch in someone’s garage or basement, and I understand it still “works”… but my goodness. Not in a hotel room. -no change rooms in pool, no towels in pool. what a pain when taking two young kids to a pool area -cleanliness was minimal, at best. for example in our room the areas under the furniture, the walls, and switches/outlets were filthy. The curtains were stained. Just a lot of inattention to real cleanliness -some of the lamps didn’t work -first world problems, but awful tvs. Glad I took my fire stick lol. Overall nothing was incredibly awful, just a lot of small annoyances and things that turned me off. I don’t recommend staying here and I won’t be back.

The suites were great option to share with family, separate bedroom and pull out sofa offered privacy.

I think the cost of the rooms is a bit high given how dated it is, room was cleaned very well before our stay (dirty sock under the table). Pool is very outdated and musty smelling.
