The staff was very helpful and nice, but this hostel was not for me. I had booked a 5-night stay but ended up checking out on the first day. The room was overcrowded and not clean, so I decided to book a hotel instead

I loved this location and it is in good condition. Something to improve is the temperature inside the building, too hot for me. But thanks, I will probably come back.

Cada vez que vengo a Madrid, hace 4 años. Me quedo en este Hostal; cualquiera de sus 2 ubicaciones en Madrid. Es un lugar, muy seguro y limpio. Su staff es amigable y siempre listo para ayudar. Quiero resaltar el servicio de Pau, volvi despues de un año, siempre esta atenta a a cada detalle para que todo tu estadía sea excelente. La mejor!!!
