Low quality

Dirty capers floors (had allergy reaction 10 minutes right after entering the room); limited hot water for shower for a family of 4. No room service on the 25th December. Low quantity of toilet paper (had to buy because staff almost always off). Very hard pillows.

Boa tarde Sr. José, lamentamos estar insatisfeito com a estadia. No check-in foi lhe dado o numero de telefone para qualquer coisa que precisasse, podia ter ligado, até do telefone do quarto, que teríamos fornecido mais papel. As alcatifas são limpas diariamente e lavadas a vapor mensalmente, nesse quarto tem uma mancha que não sai com nenhum produto mas pode ter a certeza que são limpas. Quanto à limpeza do quarto entramos no primeiro dia porque o senhor pediu, mas andamos a evitar entrar nos quartos por aconselhamento da DGS, é pela segurança de todos. Good little hotel

A good place to stay in the heart of Monção. The staff were very helpful. The picture of the swimming pool is a hot springs pool 10 mins walk away costing 10 Euros

Great value for money. Extremely clean. Our biggest disappointment was no breakfast available at the hotel.
