The hotel is old. However, the staff service was very good. Food in the restaurant also very good and reasonably priced. Location very convenient.

We stayed this hotel for 1 night. Hotel room was quite small. We emailed the hotel ahead of time to ask for an extra bed and received no replies. At check-in, they had no extra bed and only smoking room.
The room carpet didnt feel very clean too... The good thing was the location (near to AEON supermarket), FREE parking (YAY!) and the ice maker at the lobby area.
I would try and explore other accommodation options if I were to come by Monbetsu area again.

Good location, only tall building in neighbourhood

Pros: Location. Adjacent free parking
Cons: Staff not so conversant in English, but managed to provide info to us.
Location: The seal park, where we witnessed the feeding, and thereafter, to touch the seals and take photos with them
Room spacious. Easy to locate the hotel in town. Town is rather quiet. Clean. ......We had ocean view.
