Horrific Hotel

This hotel was perhaps the worst I've ever experienced. The building is in disrepair, the rooms were offensively unclean, and basic amenities were missing. There were no mattress covers, the sink was broken and didn't drain and we had to go through 8 water glasses before finding one clean enough to drink from! The pools clearly haven't been opened in years, with mold growing on the walls of the pool and room itself. Guests all around us were complaining and the staff was downright rude. There was not enough food at the buffet dinner or breakfast- not that I wanted to eat it because there were multiple hairs in multiple dishes. I will say that although the immediate area around the hotel is also abysmal, the Sousse area is delightful and well worth a visit. Just find another place to stay the night- this hotel should be condemned.

Worse experience ever !!! I will never recommend it to anyone . The hotel is nasty !! The AC is barely working. I ordered in one of there restaurent a sea food pasta it was the worse ever the pasta was old and reheated !

Hôtel ne mérite pas le level 4 étoiles , même si le personnel voulant faire au mieux mais ils sont dépourvus de matériel et d outils

Mer a proximité piscine Acquagym Bel hôtel - pas assez d assiettes du coup les gens en prennent 2 ou 3 en même temps pour en avoir pour le dessert du coup on attend 2 plats de dessert uniquement Et 2 plats de fruits Petit déjeuner pas de beurre ni confiture ni viennoiseries Les crêpes sont à moitié cuites Climatisation trop bruyante ds la chambre on est obligé de l arrêter Beaucoup de bruit ds cet hôtel très familiale avec des enfants qui crient Hôtesse d accueil pas très agréable pas de sourire Que des maghrébins pas de français Il y a des choses à revoir c est urgent !!!!!

Schrecklich Dieses Hotel ist die schlechte Unterkunft, die man in ganz Tunesien besuchen kann. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich sehr Tolle Fotos in Expedia App gesehen, auch wurde geschrieben, dass das Personal hier am besten ist und die Kunden schon damit zufrieden waren. Dies hat leider keiner Wahrheit entsprochen. Sobald wir unser Auto parkten, haben wir Mäuse überall gesehen. Außerdem im Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und gleichzeitig konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden!!!! Das Wetter war schon unerträglich und mit keiner Klimaanlage kann man nicht mehr aushalten. Folglich wollte ich mich duschen aber, wie erwartet, habe ich im Bad kein Tuch gefunden und stattdessen nur Insekten. Tatsächlich sind die Insekten überall. Im Flur gab es auch nicht nur sie, sondern auch kleine gefährliche Kriechtiere. Deswegen haben wir das Personal angerufen. Hier war der schlimmste Teil. Die Antwort war: wir können nichts machen und ich dürfe nicht beschweren!!!!! Ich werde eine Erstattung beantragen.
