Princess feel like experience

It is the best experience i ever had with my mom and kids. We felt princesses for a week. Everyone is friendly amazing and professional. Great services. Everything was so relaxing luxuriously and breathtaking views on the beach. I would like to come over and over mostly for the people and the services.

Book with high caution

the hotel has 3 coffee shop and not three bars, point to be corrected on the hotel.com website. When we turned on the heating a petrid smell came out. we had half board and every dinner, the fountain disappeared and made us pay for the bottle of water. to note however, a smiling, courteous staff and the cleanliness of the rooms

Nothing to like about this hotel specially the food they served us left overs and im not joking i was furious no buffet breakfast lunch or dinner and i booked all inclusive they just brought the food to our table what a nightmare..

STAY AWAY DISGUSTING PLACE

This is the worst hotel we have both ever experienced thought we were in a horror movie it was horrendous the food wasnt even good enough for pigs. The room was disgusting shower was hot and cold mosquitoes everywhere no spa no massage jacuzzi was broke the corridors were like you were in a mental hospital there were staircases open to people which weren't even finished. This place shouldn't be graded even a 1 star and should be closed down
