service was wonderful. beds were great. pools were warm and handicap entry was self control and easy. all public areas inside and out were wheelchair accessible. knock out views. we loved it.

The customer service was excellent, Russell at reception went above and beyond my expectations. Bourbon Steakhouse was delicious and a treat for the entire family.

The Hotel is fantastic but the parking fees are awful
We stayed for 11 days at the Hotel and the parking fee
was $ 825 which was more than I paid for our hire car
We have stayed many years in this area at other hotels and
because we are staying so long they usually help you with the parking fee
In fact we have stayed many many times at Monarch
Beach but since they have outsourced their parking service to a third party they are unable to help
I realize most visitors from the US would probably only stay one or two nights but when you visit from Europe
you tend to stay a lot longer

Absolutely misrepresented property and unjustified room rates! Cheap Hilton, not Waldorf Astoria!
