Dear Mr Ouaknine,We deeply regret to read the score you have left on Expedia following your cancelled recent stay at the Metropole Monte Carlo.You have made your original reservation for a 3 nights stay in a Deluxe Room from the 29th of November to the 2nd of December 2024.On arrival when you checked in, you told the reception that you didn’t like the room with the carpet floor as you were allergic.You requested at that point a room without carpet, which was not requested at the reservation stage.You have met the Front Manager, who offered you to visit a Junior suite prestige with a wooden floor which would be a free upgrade.You declined the visit and you decided to leave the hotel.The Front Office Manager explain to you the procedure of the penalties as contracted.Three nights would be charged if you leave the hotel.You informed him that it was not a money issue and that you didn’t care if we were to charge you or not for the full stay. You informed him to come back again to the hotel next year.As a commercial gesture we did only invoice you for a 1 night stay instead of your full stay.To my surprise this morning I saw your very low score on Expedia without any comments even you didn't stay at the hotel and try our services.We stay at your disposal to speak with you anytime, please feel free to contact us at the hotel to further discuss your remarks. The room is quite small for the price. We ordered from the menu eggs benedict and tea for two and paid 100 euros for that. Definetely overpriced. Since we were a group, check in took around 45 minutes because front desk staff want to give the information about breakfast hours and location of pool etc just once so we waited seated. Hotel is very pretty but overpriced. Thank you

Everyone is so nice , we had a wonderfull experience. Rooms arre in need of a refreshment, at least the one I stayed in. Other wise perfect

Beautiful property . Walkable to the casino and high end shopping . Staff goes out of their way to treat you well and answer questions.
