The room was clean but the floor was full of dust that wasn’t very pleasant. The bed cover left so much loose hair on the bed. The bad quality bed cover.
Apart from that everything was amazing.

Certainly a five star hotel
Posted 13 Mar 2022 on HotelsIt certainly exceeded my expectation. I was not too sure due to it's rather low ratings at hotel.com in a low 8. Since it's just about the one or two five star hotels here so I took a chance on it. Yes, it's a five star which comes with all the convenience: a ski rental shop on site, a ski locker and access to a chair lift to come up. Breakfast is so so and coffee can be better. I like the room very much
