"The 2-bed apartment was spacious for our family of 3 adults for a week in Palm Cove. Staff were friendly and helpful. A local supermarket is just across the road. It's only a few mins walk to the centre of the main street and the beach. After checking in on the first day, we noticed that the washing machine was broken. We were moved to another apartment of the same size. Then the wifi wasn't working in the 2nd apartment. We were given the password to connect to the wifi of the apartment...

"I have been staying in a 1bedroom apartment and it's been terrific 🙂 The manager's are very friendly and helpful....The location is a stone's throw to the beach and local dining precinct as well as shops less than a 5minute drive away, or there's quite a large main shopping centre less than 10minutes drive away, called Smithfield. "We chose this hotel for it location because it is a short walk to the main marina where all the great barrier boats leave from! (We booked two tours of the reef). It was also convenient for going to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Very walkable! The lobby gave off a different atmosphere than the hallways of upper floors. Based on the website, we were expecting the rooms to look a little different, the rooms seemed partially renovated. But the staff really made up for any issues we had....

"Once you worked out how to go from the carpark to the hotel, everything else was seamless and effort free. Staff were eager to help, but you didn't need any help. Everything in the room was as it should be, new condition, clean and well arranged. And the local area was all you could ask for."

"The property itself is exceptional, the gym, spa, pools etc are great. Restaurants were amazing. We may have gone in an off peak season so I am thinking the resort was understaffed as the cleanliness was lacking.
