Property and seenery are very nice but the service was not good them main bedroom air conditioner was not working it was very hot did not sleep because of that first and second night also it was not safe becouse secound night borgery happend near it and also in the same place they heat the porter and nearly killed hem and we were unsecured and fried all night did not sleep the police came otherwise we will be either killed or injered

Thank you for your feedback. The air conditioner did develop a fault shortly after your arrival. We had to source a spare part in Mombasa which took a day to do. We apologise for this and worked as fast as we could to resolve it. There was a security incident during your stay which the police responded promptly to. The Guard is fine and taken fully care of. We do apologise for these two incidents. We refunded one night by way of apology.

Absolument magnifique

Séjour absolument formidable et service exceptionnel tant dans leur gentille que dans leurs attentions. La maison est tout simplement magnifique. Seul bémol est la présence d’une eglise évangélique à côté qui a perturbé notre séjour. Il s’agit d’un espace non isolé dans lequel se trouve une sono et lorsque les personnes chantent ou crient, il est absolument impossible de rester dans la maison. Il y a eu un mariage puis une commémoration religieuse pdt 3 j’avoue que a été un peu préjudiciable. Néanmoins, cela ne gâche en rien tout le bien de cette villa qui est prodigieux. Salim est d’une gentillesse absolue et le chef cuisine à merveille. Petit conseil : prenez le chef et ne faites pas l’impasse de ce petit luxe si vous séjournez quelques jours à la villa. Merci encore à tous, fabuleux.

Super Anlage, toller Service

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Anlage ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Service ist spitzenmässig, und man sollte unbedingt den „Chef“ dazubuchen Der Weg zum Strand ist leider ein bisschen weit,man braucht ein Tuk Tuk
