For a 4-star hotel this was quite a disappointment. It is a large but old hotel and very noisy with loud music from morning to evening. The service is slow and the beach restaurant menu has limited choices with most of the seafood was unavailable during our stay. It can take up to 30 minutes to get a drink. Your best option is Safina Restaurant who has good breakfast variety and buffet at night.

A lovely place to spend your holiday. The staff were very friendly and did their best to make your stay enjoyable. The only issue was the air conditioning in the room was not working and I had to use a fan.

Run down hotel with a limited bland food menu. There was a wasp buzzing in our room all night. Not worth the $ we paid

Great location with easy access from mombasa airport. Good for beach walks.

The internet was not working for the first couple of days which made working difficult. The construction was also very noisy; you could consider not hosting guests in rooms that are right next to construction as it is disturbing to sleep. It was also a bit strange that we had to go to a different restaurant far away just because we were new guests...might guests be able to choose where they eat? Service and staff were wonderful, especially Martin who was extremely kind and helpful.
