There serious issue with tap bathroom water. Water is super salty and not sure why they thought it’s good idea to give guest this kind of water for bathing or any kind of personal hygiene

Kahama Hotel is a clean facility. The staff is outstanding and will go out of their way to assist you. Mercy and Evelyn's hospitality made me feel at home.

Not worth the money!

Not the place I knew...
Posted 15 Apr 2023 on HotelsMost disappointed on my second stay here. Booked because last time (6 months ago) was a great place to stay plus excellent service and reataurant. Sadly, lacks atmosphere, menu totally scaled back, service when had, good, but invariably hard to get. Place definitely is needing attention as seems management are letting what attracted me to this place, erode fast. Doubt i shall return here again! Real shame!

Sprucing up necessary
Posted 14 Mar 2023 on HotelsThe staff were very friendly, jolly and efficient. Service was very good.
However, the room(s) need some sprucing up, the bedsheets were old and overused, needing to be replaced like yesterday. The bed was clean but the mattress had seen better days and there was water leaking from the ceiling when the shower was opened.
