Great hotel but breakfast could be improved
Posted 30 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe room was good and spacious. Parking very convenient and good location easy to access and walking distance from the city center. The spa is a wonderful plus. I just wish the breakfast was better like other hotels in the area that offer more cheeses and charcuterie. I rather have the Nespresso at breakfast than in my room.

The restaurant introduced me to another restaurant that was great instead.

Good value, but do not expect a real 4* hotel
Posted 8 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe booked a room for one night so we could spend the night near the airport before an early flight the next day. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, right by the water, with free parking nearby. Upon arrival, the check-in desk is quite hard to find (you need to go to the bar). Staff was really nice. We stayed in a room on the second floor which didn’t look as large and recently remodeled as the pictures on hotels.com suggest - we were surprised this is even rated 4-stars. 3-stars would be more appropriate, in my opinion. The bathroom was of decent size with a large shower. The bed was comfortable (not too firm, not too soft, just right).
All in all, a little disappointed with the room, but the price we paid (less than $100/night) and the friendliness of the staff made up for it. A good hotel for our needs.

I am sure they will answer my considerations wifi an apology. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
When a hotel says on Expedia they have free wi-fi, it is supposed to work.
but it didn't, and I am from Brazil, my job starts is 5 hours earlier them Strasbourg France, and the wifi of the hotel Diana didn't work.
I had to use my own line - 4g - and I spend more than one hundred euros .
the hotel price is one hundred euros for the cheapest room, the one I have chosen in Expedia.
I started to work on the internet at 4 am Paris time, 11 pm in brazils time. one day before
at 11 am - Paris time - I went to the main desk to check out, paid the amount I had to pay, but I complained about the wifi.
the person on the main desk just said- why you did not asked to change the room.????
I said I had spent one hundred dollars in internet, and the person just said I AM SORRY.
How can a person, after 500 km drive from Kitzbühel on the check in date, at 4 am of the next day, with his wife and luggage, ask the main desk to chance the room.
THIS IS UNACCETABLE
THE MOST IMPORTANT AMENNITIES I FILTER ON EXPEDIA IS PARKING AND WIFI AND THIS HOTEL TELS IN APP EXPEDIA IT HAS WIFI WORKING IN ALL ROOMS.
The day of the check out, I speak with another costumer on the parking lot, and he said to me that he also had to use his own 4g to do his work.
