Awful customer service

t truly was a nightmare. We went well out of our way to accommodate you when I should have told you to leave. You arrive hours early before check-in, blowing smoke in my face at a non-smoking property with a strong smell of alcohol. They even said that they were too drunk to drive. They used Zipay on a mobile phone, a type of payment not offered because we cannot verify ID, preauthorize deposits nor could we cancel the booking, because we can not refund back into the card. They did not have any security damage deposit left in the card to preauthorize before or at check in. They left the room with vomit and milk all over. It truly was a nightmare to clean. Before booking please read the Policies, Special check-in instructions, terms and conditions, Payment types, important information, fees and optional extras, and you need to know.

Honest property that's older but extremely well maintained and offered a a very reasonable rate. Friendly owners.
15 minute walk to Mollymook Beach and the Golf Club and you can certainly walk into Ulladulla too. Maybe 25 minutes?
It was nice to stay in a property that is well priced and super clean at a fair price. Hope to get back there this year.
PS - Ocean views too and oversized parking bays.
