"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. The parking is in front and next to the hotel. The staff were pleasant. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The hotel is in a beautiful location for relaxation and taking tours.
