"No frills kind of place. The business take 2 floors of what seems to be a regular residential building. You need to call to arrange check-in, but it was easy and quick.The commercial, non-touristy area and its overall appearance didn't do justice to how clean, and comfortable the room was."

"Great hotel in Monte Gordo, we had a fabulous stay in a wonderful town with amazing beach and very close to the Spanish border. Staff were grand, we had a very good buffet breakfast, main items to choose from. Very close to beach and shops. "Only stayed at the property for one night and for the first time. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hotel was maintained very well and clean. The hotel style is older, 1970’s charm. The views from the room were over the town of Ayamonte, and Vila Real de Santo António across the river in Portugal. Great views of the Bridge as well. The bar area is comfortable and has both an inside and outside seating area. Parking is easy and right outside the main door. 10min walk downhill to the town center. I will stay there again."
