Wouldn't honnor Reservation through Expedia and is no longer the Oyo, it was bought and charged to America's Best

Full disclosure: I was there six hours and basically slept. But the gentleman who checked me in put me in a nice first-floor room, I was able to park outside of my room, and the plumbing worked. What else is there, esp considering the price? Thanks for a nice stay when that’s exactly what I needed.

There were bugs all over, the bathroom door would barely open due to the toilet being right beside the door. The bathroom was completely filthy!!! Windows are all busted up, theres CONSTANT chaos with guests. Nothing had been cleaned and the fridge nor microwave worked. I left 2 hours after checking in and had a 3 night reservation scheduled. This was the absolute worst experience ever

We checked in and checked out within five minutes requesting a full refund. Every surface was dirty. The bed had bugs and black stains from the covers to the sheets. Brown bugs under the pillows. The mini fridge had a sticky brown substance all over the outside. the floors were sticky with mounds of black substances. We took pictures and videos and went right back to the office. Requested a refund and left
